I guarantee this kitten(s) to be healthy at time of purchase. Before leaving this cattery, this kitten will be vaccinated
against Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, Panleukopenia, and Chlamydia Psittaci on ____________________. Said kitten
was vet checked on _________, see attached health certificate. Kitten was dewormed with _______________________ on __________________.
This cattery is negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV. There is no definitive test for FIP. Kitten has a 1 year guarantee against
lethal genetic or congenital defects. If kitten should die or have to be destroyed due to genetic defect before it is 1 year
old, I will replace the kitten upon being provided an autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian, and is not obligated to
replace kitten with exact color or pattern, but will do my best. No cash refunds. I cannot guarantee exact hair length, exact
color or pattern, weight, personality or anything else that nature determines.
1. Kittens should be fed a quality dry kitten food until 1 year of age. This kitten is being fed __________________________________________.
2. This kitten uses pine pellets in the litterbox, such as Feline Pine or horse stall bedding pine pellets. It is best
not to use clumping until kitten is older. Clumping litter can continue to clump inside a kitten if it is ingested. Death
can occur.
3. This kitten is to be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.
4. Breeder is not responsible for veterinary expenses or shipping costs.
5. Breeder will provide registration papers for said kitten when buyer remits proof of spay/neuter by a licensed veterinarian
unless other arrangements have been made. Kitten must be spayed/ neutered by the age of 7 months or risk marking of territory(spraying
of urine).
6. Kitten will need to be revaccinated between _________ and __________. Your veterinarian will recommend a schedule
for vaccinations.
7. Buyer is requested to isolate new kitten from other cats for a minimum of 1 week. New kittens may show signs of stress
including, but not limited to, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, possible diarrhea.
